1563 Witness to Sealing Richard Semarke, Holwell Estate, Oxfordshire


Deeds and documents relating to a capital messuage in Holwell called the farm and 22 yard lands belonging, later described as 11 yard lands. The remainder of a term of years was purchased by Henry Trinder in 1683, half the purchase money being Charles Trinder's. (The reversion of the term of 200 years was later purchased by William Hervey - see Hey/X/x).
